Odessa was on the edge,
Sadness melted with guilt
Alongside with a burning desire
To recover her lost self and love
Among pieces of broken heart.

She knew Malik couldn’t stand the shame.
So much in love with her he was.
The feelings were shared
But mistakes happen
And she knew it was not planned.

How could he then get over it?
Will he ever do?
To her come back for a start over,
‘Cause if love’s patient and forgives all
Chances he might.

Odessa was on the edge,
Sadness melted with guilt
‘Cause inside she knew
It was driving him crazy
And the pangs she couldn’t stand
Not anymore, not anymore.

Never mean to hurt him she did
But mistakes happen
And sorry she was
Though no change in the past she could.
