The things we do, the impact we make are what will make the world a better place. If you have a chance to be a change, a very positive one, won’t you seize it?
Well, when I woke up this morning, after having read my life statement that I pinned on the wall of my apartment long ago for my daily ritual (daily mind empowering exercise), I realized that everyday I could make a huge change.
I could share my vision with other people and as so doing, allow them to find their own path.
I used to think that to make a change, I must first make all of my dreams come true. Well, life has taught me on the road to success that I can as I work to reach my dream make a positive change.
This, I believe will certainly help other people join me on the crusade of making the world a better place.
I used to think that I need to reach my dreams first before I get to help anyone else reach theirs. Then I realized that we rise by lifting others and by lighting other people’s candles, there will be some more light and therefore more chances to make the world what we expect it to be.
So here are my pieces of advice of the day:
Don’t wait for a defining moment to help people around you. Don’t be nice to people because you expect them to return you the favor. It has to be part of your life principles.
You have to do it because it’s part of the things that make you happy. This is how you make impact.
If in any way, you can light one more candle around you, just do it, do it with no second thought. Remember, as you do so, there will be more light.
Be the smile on someone’s face and help them find their own way.
Love yourself enough not to let other people belittle your dreams. It’s okay to be a crazy dreamer as you are determined to make it true. Remember Steve Jobs said: ‘’the people who are crazy enough to think that they can change the world are the ones who do’’. And that is so true.
Make sure your dreams add value to the world so that you won’t have to live in vain.
Take care of your body, your mind and your heart.
Above all, listen to the voice of your soul and the Universe. They will help you make a difference.
If you hear a voice that tells you to be nice to the stranger, to the person that hurt you, listen to it. It’s the voice of your soul and it will help you make all the difference.
Be the round peg in the square hole if it takes this to find yourself.
